The Birde speaker is very simple and sturdy for my 3 year old to use. It has great audio quality and my daughter was so excited to have her own speaker. The prompts are great and easy for my toddlers to keep up with the story book.
It has been so helpful with independent play while I cook dinner in the evenings.

We had an issue with our charging dock, and the Birde customer service team have gone out of their way to help us. They searched my order and found the player was still in warranty, despite me losing the receipt, sent a new dock out free of charge and then a replacement player when that didn’t fix the fault. The level of customer service for a small business has gone above and beyond any of the major stores. My daughter is so happy to have her player fixed and back to listening to her sleepy songs every night.

Review update: 2 yrs later…
We now have 7books and 24 seeds. We have collected these over birthdays and Christmases. The kids are so excited every time they get one as a gift. And their grandparents enjoy how it is an easy present to buy!
We have had an issue with the birde speaker but it was immediately fixed and the staff were very prompt In responding. Not only did they fixe the issue but also re-‘wrapped’ the speaker with new fabric! (It had got a bit grubby—- well loved)
The kids, now 4&7 still use it everyday. The books are their favourite.
In conclusion, we will continue to buy books and seeds until we have the whole collection.

It arrived promptly and in great secure packaging that I can use again to store it.
The kids (2yrs,&5yrs old) immediately understood how it works. The set up was straight forward and there was a sheet of simple instructions to help with the process. The seeds are compact and easy to hold. The sounds quality is great. It goes from very quiet (great for when they’re using it. Quiet time for sleeping) to very loud.
There speaker itself is easily carried around by my 2yr old.
The kids didn’t ask to watch telly all week because they could wake up first thing and go listen to the Birde all by themselves. My 5yr old loves to listen to it while she colours in.

So so easy for little ones to operate (mine started at 12 months) They love being able to choose l their favourite songs and stories. Also great customer service when our charger stopped working, fixed it right up! Can't wait for more content ☺️
