Sold-Out Surprises Giveaway

1. Promoter. The promoter of this promotion is Birde Pty Ltd (ABN 98620907315), (“Birde”, “we”, “us”).

2. Promotional period. The promotion runs from 12:00am AEDT on Saturday 7 November 2026 to 7:59pm AEDT on Sunday 15 November 2026, with a separate draw for each of 9 nights (“Draw Nights”) from 7 to 15 November 2026. Orders placed before 8:00pm AEDT are entered into that night’s draw. Orders placed at or after 8:00pm AEDT are entered into the next night’s draw. Orders placed after 7:59pm AEDT on 15 November 2026 are not entered.

3. Eligibility. The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a qualifying purchase on birde.co during an entry window. Employees of Birde and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter. Entry is automatic and free with any qualifying purchase made on birde.co during an entry window. There is no minimum spend, and no code, form or other action is required. A qualifying purchase is a completed, paid order that has not been cancelled or refunded before the draw. Each customer may receive one entry per Draw Night, regardless of the number of orders placed in that entry window.

5. Prizes. Each Draw Night has its own mystery prize(s), drawn from Birde’s limited recovered stock of previously sold-out Birde Seeds. Each prize is one Birde Seed with a retail value between $14.95 and $19.95. At least one prize will be awarded each Draw Night, and at least 18 prizes will be awarded across the promotion, with a minimum total retail value of $269.10 AUD. Each night’s prize(s) and the number of winners are revealed on Birde’s Instagram and Facebook at 8:00pm AEDT on that Draw Night. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

6. Winner selection. For each Draw Night, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that night’s entry window, up to the number of prizes available that night. Two reserve entries will also be drawn at random for each Draw Night. Where a Draw Night includes more than one Seed title, prizes will be allocated in the order winners are drawn, as announced at that night’s reveal. Each draw will be conducted by 10:00am AEDT on the day after the relevant Draw Night. If a winner already owns their prize, they may decline it, and Birde will award it to the next reserve drawn.

7. Notification. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at checkout. Their first name and state may also be announced on Birde’s Instagram and Facebook. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, Birde will award the prize to the next reserve drawn. Prizes will be posted to the delivery address on the winning order.

8. General conditions. Birde may verify entries and disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, made in bad faith, or in breach of these terms. Birde may cancel, suspend or amend this promotion or these terms if circumstances beyond its control require it, subject to any applicable state or territory regulations. Birde’s decision in connection with the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Birde’s Privacy Policy and used only to conduct the promotion and notify winners, unless otherwise agreed.

One winner will be chosen at random at the beginning of every month.
The winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook Story within 7 days of the selection.

The winner will be contacted via email on the day of draw, and they’ll have 48 hours to reply and claim their prize.

Closing date for entry will be 12pm (AEDT) on the last day of each month. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
For each new email entered the entrant receives 1 ticket into the draw.

Birde (the Promoter) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
