We recently got the Birde for our two kids (ages 5 and 6), and I couldn't be happier with it!
The read-along books are absolutely fantastic! This is hands-down the standout feature for us. My kids love following along with the stories, complete with music and multiple character voices that really bring the books to life. As a parent, I love that it's helping them develop a genuine love for reading while they're still learning. There's something so special about watching them engage with physical books while the Birde guides them through the story – it feels far more educational and meaningful than just passive listening.
The tap-and-play seeds are brilliant – my kids find them so intuitive, and they're impressively durable. We've had our fair share of drops and tumbles, and everything still works perfectly!
The size and design are spot-on for little hands – it's lightweight and easy for young children to hold without worrying about them dropping it. It was definitely made with kids in mind.

What a brilliant way to encourage reading. The books tap against the audio player and read word for word in an entertaining way that has my boys engaged! They follow along exposing them to language and I get a chance to do some of the house work.
