Privacy policy

Birde Privacy Policy
Birde is strongly committed to protecting your privacy when you engage with our staff, products and services.

Birde provides your Children with a product that empowers them to select and play media which both entertains and educates. You, as the parent or guardian, can control and monitor your Child’s usage of the product, however, in order to enable this functionality, we require personal information from you which will both improve and enhance your family’s experience with Birde.

We do not, however, seek or collect personal information about your children and do not store their identifiable information in any way.

We aim to be as transparent as possible about how and why we’re collecting and using your personal information.

1. Personal Information
Our products are designed for children; however, our services are designed for adults. It’s important to understand that whilst we may collect personal information about you as an Adult and Parent or Guardian, we collect no personal information about your children.

Your child will be operating the Birde Console in a “walled garden” where Seeds provide their only access to media. Whilst Birde may provide media recommendations for different ages it is important that you as a Parent or Guardian ensure these Seeds are appropriate for your child.

2. Application of this Privacy Policy
This policy applies to all Birde Services including the Birde Store. The policies of the third-party services which have links to Birde content or services will govern the use of personal information you submit to them, which may also be collected by cookies when you visit or use them.
